30-Minute Reset When you’re running on empty, this is your comeback moment. In just 30 minutes, we’ll drop into breathwork, sound healing, or honest conversation—whatever helps you regulate, release, and realign. A quick reset for your nervous system and your soul.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a session with Rooted Resonance, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both our time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations can be made by leaving a voicemail at any time, including weekends, and the timestamp will be recorded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee of $150.
