Service Description
You are the one who is always there for everyone else. You spend your days trying to find ways to ensure that everyone else is successful, has a good time, is taken care of, but what about you? I am sure you have convinced yourself that you are fine all on your own. You have gotten so used to starving for attention and affection that you don't even know you are hungry for a place to be able to rest your head. Take yourself from always having to respond to what's next, and feel the shift as you settle in and receive. Sound works directly with the body and nervous system, supporting regulation, release, and integration without needing effort or analysis. Sound healing may be a good fit if: -Talking feels like too much -Your body feels tense, wired, or shut down -You want a gentler way to settle and reset
Cancellation Policy
When you book a session with Rooted Resonance, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both our time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations can be made by leaving a voicemail at any time, including weekends, and the timestamp will be recorded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee of $150.
